Ageless Wisdom of Synthesis : Occult Energetic Human Constitution

What I shall share on this blog are my secret innermost experiences and thoughts based on his teachings which at the moment of writing, I sincerely believe cannot be done openly without being dismissed by an average Joe or worse ridiculed by a materialist scientist. Grothendieck was subject to such direct attacks and ridicule on his metaphysical experiences due to which he decided to go into seclusion and explore on his own.  What I am most curious about is not what others think of all this but the underlying reasons for the inability of the masses to be so callous considering any hypotheses which goes beyond their mental boxes.

I wish to discuss through this blog the lessons I have learnt. How developing intuition and experiencing life through it, might be an essential step towards solving some of crisis the world is facing and manifest lasting harmony and peace. Its not about cracking the system simply to earn money and fame but truly understanding how it functions and in the process realize the self that is taking part in this grand process of cosmic evolution.

My own experiences have resonated with the way many authors I have listed in a later post. As an example I feel that Grothendieck was highly evolved jnana yogi and therefore at times seemed outwardly rude and harsh like Nisargdatta Maharaj but inwardly he was quite tender. This is evident by the fact that what pained him the most was the "burial" of his work and betrayal by his former students and his own mathematical colleagues due to competition and status. He was a vocal critic of the declining ethical standards of the scientific community, and the commonly tolerated outright scientific theft. Ever faced the strong pain of betrayal ? Even initiates such as Blavatsky to whom India and the Hindus had been most of her life far dearer than her own Country was pained to see betrayed by some of the theosophists at the head Quarters in India. She said -

“While my enemies tear me to pieces the Adyar people play at ‘hide and seek’ – they pretend to be dead – oh! the poor miserable cowards!! (….) I tell you I suffer more from theosophical traitors than from the Coulomb, Patterson or even the S.P.R.”

So did Grothendieck suffer once from mathematical traitors. Blavatsky of-course didn't mean all theosophist then at Adyar were traitors neither did Grothendieck meant all his colleagues were traitors. Lets leave aside the subject of traitors and focus on truth itself since mistakes are done by each and everyone of us. From Grothendieck's life and some writings I pondered deeply that if the greatest mathematician of the last century cannot motivate or even force the stuck mathematical community to rise above the religion of scientific materialism then we shall need something more in addition to his approach to climb the next step on the ladder of the evolution.

After reading some of his works I felt some of the concepts he was trying to allude to at the end of this lifetime are surprisingly found in certain theosophical writings (in particular Helena Blavatsky whose writings describe the grand scheme of evolution in cosmos and our role in it, next Alice Bailey whose books of esoteric psychology describe how man can consciously contribute towards his own evolution, Roerich's Agni yoga as the unification of Raja, Jnana, Bhakti and Karma Yogas, outlining the eastern approach for this next step in the evolution of consciousness and Ego-games of lower-self given by real Jesus through Kim Micheals much recently) and this evoked inner response in me. The real secret I found was the building of anthakarna (a bridge) from lower crude consciousness to higher subtle consciousness (ATMA-BUDDHI-MANAS or in English the triad of Spirit-Intuition-Higher Intellect). The word intuition in common parlance is very general and vague. It is often used very casually and superficially. But it is something much deeper and comprehensive as described in those writings whose nuggets I shall collect and describe somewhat in the blog. I shall also try to arrive at concrete model of evolving consciousness (and therefore intuition). This I propose to do by combining intuitions and works of Grothendieck, David Bohm, and Rupert Sheldrake with theosophy as an underlying philosophy.

This makes sense to me since the theosophical society was chosen as the cornerstone, the foundation of the future religions of humanity by its true hidden founders. They saw it as wisdom religion and a philosophy for the new incoming age.

Carl Jung had a schema of the mind as having four functions - intellect, feeling, intuition, and sensation. When compared to theosophical human constitution a correspondence is easily discerned as shown below:

Gross Physical body/Sthula Sharira  (sensation),

Astral Body/Linga Sharira (feeling or emotions),

Mind/Manas (intellect),

Spiritual Soul/Buddhi (intuition).

Human Constitution as per various theosophical and ancient eastern teachings :

As per Mahatma letters book : Upper Triad ( 3 higher principles or higher immortal reincarnating self ) and lower Quaternary ( 4 lower principles or personality of a single life-time)

As per HPB's Secret Doctrine

Tantric Table (of Esoteric Buddhism) as per Secret Doctrine

As per Alice A. Bailey Treatises on Esoteric Philosophy

As per Ascended Master Jesus (through Kim Micheals) and common Western teachings (I AM PRESENCE)

Notice that they all have Unity of Principles if one sees through faculty of Intuition. This is synthesized in future posts.

More on Synthesis

Again we shall contemplate on a few more words on the wisdom of synthesis (navigating the "narrow razor-edged Path" between duality or the "noble middle path" of Buddha) from our beloved DK. However I wish to emphasize that Djwal Khul and Alice Bailey demonstrated practical (not just theoretically) synthesis. For instance Alice Bailey being born in the west was open enough to acknowledge and bring forth teachings from a far wiser eastern/oriental master Djwal Khul. She could both surrender herself (a difficult quality to develop for the western concrete mind with its overemphasis on freedom) and at the same time was careful enough to guard herself against foolish blind devotion (a vice of oriental masses). Another disciple who demonstrated practical synthesis was Blavatsky (synthesis of religions). She established Theosophical society headquarters in the west and soon shifted it to the east although she worked and died for the cause of theosophy in the west. One mo

Albert Einstein on Intuition

Albert Einstein and Rabindranath Tagore In Berlin , Germany - Some selected quotes and thoughts of Albert Einstein on intuition - The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift. We will not solve the problems of the world from the same level of thinking we were at when we created them. More than anything else, this new century demands new thinking: We must change our materially based analyses of the world around us to include broader, more multidimensional perspectives.  I believe in intuition and inspiration. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research.  The intellect has little to do on the road to discovery. There comes a leap in consciousness, call it Intuition or what you will, the solu

What is a seed-thought ?

One of my friends questioned me: What is a seed-thought ? This post attempts to throw some light with example, on the concept of a seed-thought. Here is how we define it: "A seed-thought is simply a thought-form or a phrase or symbolic words which conceal a fundamental truth and acts as a seed that sprouts in a contemplative meditation (meditation with a seed) revealing that truth." A Seed-thought being a (thought-)form, we need to look also the broader concept of "form as a symbol", of which a seed-thought is just an example. Earlier we tabulated so many example of trinities. "Purpose - Idea - Form" is one such trinity of symbol. What this means is that every symbol has three interpretations - as a from it is an expression of some underlying idea. This idea has behind it, in its turn, a deeper underlying purpose. These three interpretations of a symbol can be summarized as: 1. Exoteric interpretation:  Based on its objective utility and upon the nature o
